Overhead Cable Stringing Blocks With Aluminum Alloy Sheaves 220 Kv Transmission Line
Overhead Conductor Stringing Blocks are used for overhead transmisson line conductor or OPGW stringing. The sheaves for conductor or OPGW are made in aluminum alloy, which can be lined with neoprene. The central sheave can be made in steel or high strength Nylon.
The aluminum alloy sheaves are made by die casting method, for high quality casting with light weight, and high strength sheaves.
The sheave of 508mm and 660mm is lined with neoprene, for protection of conductor surface.
The aluminum sheave of 660mm and 822mm is made by Aluminum Die casting, with very good surface and high strength.

Application: It is suitable to string two stranded aluminum and ACSR conductors on tangent structures. Compression sleeves, swivel connectors, and pulling rope connectors can pass through the groove. The conductor sheave is made in aluminum alloy and lined with neoprene, the central sheave can be steel or high strength Nylon. All the sheaves are mounted on ball bearings, the frame is made of galvanized steel.
